About
While earning my PhD, I participated in GPS-STEM (then called GPS-BIOMED) to meet with industry professionals. I was also an adjunct instructor at Santa Ana College and taught Bio99 during the summers of graduate school. Before finishing my degree, I interviewed for a postdoc position at the Division of Teaching Excellence and Innovation here at UCI. In addition to my postdoc work, I still teach Bio99 during the summer and I am also a freelance writer with Biofluent Communications.
Personal Interests
In my spare time, I love gaming (both board and video), cycling (before the pandemic, I always went to Full Psycle), hiking, and reading. I also love music and play Thai instruments. I have a turntable and a nice set of vinyls as well. I also have a blog on baking and landscape photography!
