About

After graduating with my PhD, I moved to California to pursue postdoctoral research at UCI. In 2012, I made the decision to leave academia to began an industry research career at Allergan, now AbbVie. The pharmaceutical industry is a dynamic and exciting place to be as a scientist. I look forward to helping the next generation of BioSci researchers in whatever way I can!

Personal Interests

I live in Newport Beach with my husband and two young children. Work-life balance can be tough to achieve sometimes, but living close to places to run, swim, bike, paddleboard and fish makes it a whole lot easier to prioritize time outside and physical activity!
